A client from out of town needed insight into the New York City retail real estate market, specifically in Downtown Manhattan. To assist the client in making an informed decision about entering this market, a comprehensive book brochure was developed. This brochure featured extensive research and data highlighting the ongoing changes and developments in the neighborhood, providing a clear and detailed overview of the current market landscape.

Responsible for art direction, design, and production from start to finish, collaborating with the research, copy team, and internal broker team to develop the brochure.
